  1. Heweliusza 1/16, 60-281 Poznań, Poland, tax identification number NIP: 9721139247, statistical number REGON: 366595314,  registered in Central Registration and Information on Business operated by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Poland.

According to REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) only personal data which are necessary for each specific purpose of the processing are processed that is: - the personal data necessary for the performance of a contract enter by the customer while placing the order or when registering at www.franzgl.com, - the personal data necessary for the performance of electronic services contract (customer account) , - the personal data necessary for marketing purposes. The above data is processed based on the consent made by the person in question or for the purpose of the performance of a contract. Therefore we may disclose your personal data to: entities responsible for IT services, our employees carrying out to above processing purposes, carrier chosen by the customer, entities responsible for the electronic payment, accounting department, entities responsible for tax services.

  6. The legal basis for the processing of personal data by the data controller is:
    • art. 6 par. 1 lit. a of the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR) i.e. obtained consent for the processing of personal data,
    • art. 6 par. 1 lit. b of GDPR i.e. the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract,
    • art. 6 par. 1 lit. c of GDPR i.e. the compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject,
  7. Providing the personal data by the customer and the consent to their processing are completely freely given. Failure to provide personal data will make it impossible to conclude the contract, to execute the orders and electronic services.
  8. The duration of the processing of the personal data depends on the legal basis for processing. If consent is the basis for processing, personal data may be processed until the consent is withdrawn and then for a period resulting from the law. If the basis for the processing of personal data is the performance of the contract, personal data may be processed as long as it is necessary to perform the contract, and then for a period resulting from the law (limitations of claims, storage of tax books, storage of accounting documents, complaints service, the right to withdraw from the contract)

  12. The website www.franzgl.com uses cookie files: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are files stored on the User's Device which remain there until the end of a given browser session. The stored information is then permanently removed from the Device's memory. Persistent cookies: are stored on the User's Device and remain there for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are deleted. Ending the session of a given browser or turning off the Device does not delete them from the User's Device.
